Grand Sierra Resort: $33,713, 704.00 in revenues were secured in 2.5 months at a 2.4% expense return on investment. 150,000 email communictions per week over the course of 5 weeks, with an average response rate of 3.5%. 80,000 weekly direct mail pieces delivered to qualifed individuals of wealth and investment demographics. The renovated website (launched in February of 2006) acheived 1,401,299 hits - or a 317% increase in web traffic. 25,000 video DVD presentations were also distributed at weekly events and in sales kits.
Summit At Brian head: $45,000.,000 in luxury condiminiums, town homes and penthouses were launched in a comprehensive marketing and sales campaign in just over 60 days. Brand logo redesigned, brochures, floor plan packets, trade show booth, magazine print campagin,a nd promotional materials were designed and produced within 45 days of launch. Three trade shows attended in California and nevada resulted in 143 motivated prospective buyers. A 12% closing rate was achived on those prospects. Within the first three months of the new website launch, traffic increased 650%. Sales commenced in January of 2007 including branded sales offices in Brian Head, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Aladdin Hotel Casino Resort | When the Aladdin re-opened in Las Vegas , SmartBrand was called on through Post Digital to design their logo
for use in broadcast applications. We also created several graphic treatments for their state-of-the-art exterior video walls.

I was also asked to create the video wall designs that played throughout The Who's concert.
